INTRODUCTION

As for Mini Project Heat Transfer, we have decided to choose topic 2 which is 'Investigate heat transfer problems of any cooking process'. We are going to do experiment about cooking in the microwave and use egg as our material. The level of hardened of egg are to be determined by varying a few variables.
